Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the request form, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email application; the details are sent to us only if you choose to send that email. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, company, email, phone, and sourcing details).
• Draft details saved on your device. To save you from retyping, the request form stores your in-progress entries in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you send the email; you can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts.

How we use information

• To respond to your sourcing request and communicate with you about products, pricing, and logistics.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only local data stored in your browser is the request-form draft described above. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Retention

We keep correspondence and sourcing requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business requirements, then delete or archive it.
